At MTM Case-gard, we want you to be completely satisfied with your fashion purchases. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange eligible items within 30 days of delivery.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.
Attach the Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package, ensuring no other tracking labels are visible.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier and keep your tracking receipt; once received at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
